Pop-Up: Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath 09/07/25

A Sunday Morning Reset

As part of our Yoga & Wellness program, we’re excited to host a special September pop-up: Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath—a 70-minute journey designed to help you listen inward, soften tension, and recalibrate your system.

This experience blends two practices that beautifully complement one another: slow, intuitive yoga and the immersive resonance of sound healing. Together, they create a meditative space where you can restore balance, reconnect with yourself, and begin the week with clarity.

What to Expect

You’ll be guided through gentle, breath-led movement designed to open and align the body. Think of it as a moving meditation—accessible, restorative, and deeply supportive no matter your level of experience.

As the yoga sequence flows into stillness, you’ll be immersed in the layered tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. These instruments are tuned to resonate with the body’s inner rhythms, helping release stress, calm the nervous system, and invite deep relaxation.

We’ll use the idea of the body’s energetic centers—sometimes called chakras—not as something you need to believe in, but as a helpful framework for noticing where you may need grounding, release, or expansion.

Class Highlights

  • Guided Gentle Yoga: Breath-led movement to open, align, and restore the body from head to toe

  • Immersive Sound Bath: Crystal and Tibetan bowls creating a soundscape for balance and relaxation

  • Accessible & Restorative: No prior yoga experience needed—come exactly as you are

What to Bring

Just wear comfortable clothing for both movement and rest. Mats, props, and blankets are provided for you.
