Ballroom Dance Chicago Memberships

The standard studio membership has a 4 month minimum commitment. All plans will auto-renew until you tell us otherwise!

We require 2 weeks notice to cancel your membership. Memberships can be cancelled by emailing info@ballroomdancechicago.com . Once cancelled, you will retain the membership until the expiration of your month.

We do not offer refunds on memberships, with the exception of newly purchased memberships.

If a membership is cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, we offer a full refund minus a $100 service fee.

After 24 hours, we do not offer refunds on memberships and all rules follow your specific membership agreement, signed at purchase.

We allow any membership to be put on a one month hold once a year. To put your membership on hold, please email info@ballroomdancechicago.com and supply the dates for which you’d like the membership paused.

You need an active membership to receive the discounted lessons rate. If you decide to cancel your membership and you still have lessons on your account, your remaining lessons will be converted to a dollar value of studio credit based on what you used.

EX: You bought a 20 pack of private lessons but only used 2. You will pay the single lesson rate for those 2 lessons rather than the 20 lesson rate. The remainder of money will be added as a studio credit to your account.

For some people, it may make more sense to keep one more month of membership and utilize the benefits and remaining lessons or classes.

Unused classes do not roll over to the following month. With 39+ classes each month, we hope there are plenty of opportunities to participate in everything you like. If you come up on a busy season of life, you can always put your membership on hold.

Unused private lessons will roll over but are capped at 10 total lessons per month, with no more than 20 private lessons being allowed on your account at one time.
