Alia offers a spacious soundscape composed of crystal and brass singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, and drums. Her sequencing is intuitive and intentional, designed to help clear stagnation, calm the nervous system, and bring the body into greater coherence.

Guided Meditation:

Christopher provides a simple, grounded framework for inward exploration, using gentle prompts to support presence and awareness. His voice offers a steady anchor as the sound unfolds, helping participants sink into the experience fully.

The frequencies used throughout the session are chosen for their ability to harmonize the body and encourage subtle shifts in awareness—clearing space for peace, clarity, or renewal to emerge.
