30-Day Dance Challenge


Join our 30-Day Dance Immersion from Jan 8th - Feb 7th, 2019 and see your dancing improve tenfold! See full details below.


Here’s the challenge:

  • Practice your dancing everyday for at least  5 minutes; can be longer, but no shorter; doesn’t matter if it’s with a partner or solo; just spend time every day focusing on your dancing. Don’t know what you’d practice? Matthew will be emailing you daily inspiration & technique videos.


  • Come to either of the studios 8 times during the month for private lessons, group classes, practice time, & special Saturday workshops. We’re opening the Lakeview studio up for practice so that you can continue to improve your dancing even if you don’t have the space at home! We’re also offering “Saturdays with Matthew” a weekly 30-minute balance & strength workout at the studio, followed by open practice time where you can ask Matthew your dance (and life) questions.

Participation is $40/person and includes:

  • A Ballroom Dance Chicago T-shirt

  • Daily inspiration & technique videos via email

  • Free Access to “Saturdays w/ Matthew.”

  • Improved dance skills

  • A stronger, fitter body

  • Overall healthier perspective on life

Those who complete the challenge successfully are invited to attend a VIP private dance class + social for free!

And those who successfully complete the bonus challenge will be invited to join the BDC staff at a social dance event at the Drake!
